<p>PURPOSE:To prevent film from separating from sheet, accelerate vulcanizing speed and consequently shorten the time for manufacturing waterproof sheet with self-adhesive layer remarkably by a method wherein thermoplastic resin film having specified melting point is fixed by pressure with vulcanized rubber sheet at specified temperature for heat fusion by effectively utilizing the residual temperature of the vulcanized rubber sheet. CONSTITUTION:The temperature in a vulcanizer 13 is set within the range of 150-180 deg.C so as to vulcanize rubber sheet 15 by passing it through the vulcanizer, and sent with delivery rolls 14 outside the vulcanizer 13 in order to fix it by pressure with thermoplastic resin film 17 through a plurality of guide rolls and a pressure roll 16. In this case, the resultant vulcanized rubber sheet 15, the surface temperature of which lies within the range of 60-140 deg.C, easily fuses the thermoplastic resin film 17, the melting point of which lies within the range just mentioned above. After that, self-adhesive material 20a is placed between a horizontal pair of rolls 21 and 22, below which a vertical pair of friction rolls 23 and 24 locate so as to pinch the rubber sheet 15 therebetween in order to rub self-adhesive layer into the film 17 side of the vulcanized rubber sheet with the vertical pair of the friction rolls. After that, release paper 25 is laminated onto the surface of the self-adhesive layer 20 of the waterproof sheet.</p> |
