<p>PURPOSE:To heat in the uniform state and reduce the volume by rubbing waste synthetic resin fed into a cylinder in a space between a heat-generating volume reduction opening and a tapered shaft, heat melting and then extruding out of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 is provided with a tapered heat-generating volume reduction opening 7 with its sectional area getting larger toward the end of the opening, and a tapered shaft 6 is connected with a driving shaft 2 disposed rotatably in the cylinder 1. Waste synthetic resin fed into the cylinder 1 is crushed by projected lines 13 provided on the surface of the tapered shaft 6, rubbed and reduced in its volume At that time, the waste synthetic resin in front of the projected lines 13 fed along projected line front side faces 13 being of up grade toward the upper end of the projected lines 13 and pressed gradually with strong pressure. Also, the waste synthetic resin forcibly fed into narrow space between the projected lines 13 and the heat-generating volume reduction opening 7 is pressed by the strong pressure and pressed strongly to the inner surface of the heat-generating volume reduction opening 7 by the projected lines 13 and rubbed efficiently. The synthetic resin having passed through the upper end surface of the projected lines 13 passes through the projected lines 13 smoothly because of the steep down grade descending surface.</p> |
