PURPOSE:To prevent partial abrasion and pattern noise by making an inclination of a groove wall of a circumferential groove, in a tire having a straight line shape circumferential groove and an inclined lug groove, larger at a tread end side than at the central circumferential line side, and providing the groove wall with a lateral section enlarged portion made by notching a specified portion of a land part in the groove bottom direction. CONSTITUTION:In a tire where circumferential direction main grooves 10-13 and inclined lug grooves 20 are formed between ends (e), (e') of a tread part, inclination angles alpha, beta formed by a tread end side groove wall 12A (land part 31 side) and a central circumferential line side groove wall 12B (land part 32 side) of the circumferential main groove 12 respectively in relation to vertical line (l) standing on a ground contact surface of the land part are determined as alpha>beta to form a deformed-U or V shape section. In the groove wall 12 having the larger inclination angle, a lateral section enlarged portion 12D made by notching the groove wall in the groove bottom direction is formed along 20-70% of the circumferential direction length of a single land part 31. According to this constitution, partial abrasion and pattern noise can be suppressed. |
