PURPOSE:To make precise processing and facilitate a washing process for works by using a lower surface board of a four-way lapping machine and also a weight which has been processed for the lower surface board. CONSTITUTION:A surface protection film 2 is affixed to one side of a sheet 1 whose two sides have been given mirror face processing, and accommodation is made in a carrier 4 of a four-way lapping machine with the non-affix side as rear. A weight 3 is placed on it, and the rear side is put in contact with a lower surface board 6, and processing is made to provide the rear side with large surface roughness. |
