<p>PURPOSE:To exclude an error of a phase locked loop(PLL) and to send highly accurate sampling frequency information by sending a count number being an output of a counter section counting number of transmission line clocks in existence between two horizontal synchronizing signals as the sampling frequency information. CONSTITUTION:A counter section 250 receives a horizontal synchronizing signal being an output of a synchronizing separator circuit 210 and a transmission line clock, counts number of transmission line clocks in existence between two adjacent horizontal synchronizing signals and outputs the result. The count being an output of the counter section 250 is sent to an opposite equipment via a transmission line as the information of sampling frequency. Thus, a PLL error is not sent but highly accurate sampling frequency information is sent.</p> |
