PURPOSE:To prevent the same question from being given to an operator twice or more and to input an answer again at the time of inputting an erroneous answer by providing a question retrieving means and an answer deleting means. CONSTITUTION:If an inference engine 6 repeats the same question twice or more in the inference process, only the first question to the operator is displayed on an input/output device 4, and an answer is received; and if the same question is given again, it is processed in an expert system. This system is so constituted that an answer is given to the question, to which the answer is given once, once more. That is, an answer preservation file 18 is deleted and retrieved by an answer deleting means 22 and a question retrieving means 26. Thus, the same question is not given to the operator twice, and the answer is easily given again though the erroneous answer is given to the question. |
