PURPOSE:To use a front side layer and a rear side layer effectively and the make the size small by forming a resonance spiral electrode to an inner layer of dielectric multi-layer base comprising at least four layers or over. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation circuit consists of a spiral electrode 4 for resonance of a 2nd layer shown in figure (b) connecting to oscillation components 2 provided to a front side layer of a dielectric four-layer board 1 via a throughhole 3 electrically and a buffer circuit consisting of buffer components 5 is formed on a rear side layer shown in figure (d). A ground electrode 7 is formed to the entire part of a 3rd layer shown in figure (c) except the surrounding of a throughhole 6 connecting electrically the oscillation circuit and the buffer circuit. Thus, there is no hindrance to the pattern constitution of other circuits and the arrangement of electronic components.
