<p>PURPOSE:To keep off any damage to a hard material without entailing a clearance between a joining plane part and a setting opposite material as well as to prevent the slack of a clamper from occurring by constituting the joining plane part with a pectinate core layer formed in the inner part and an outer facing layer covering the outside of the core layer. CONSTITUTION:A mat guard 2 is composed of each pectinate core layer 211 formed by a hard material at its joining plane part, and each outer facing layer 212 by a soft material covering the surface. Accordingly, this joining plane part 21 has proper rigidity and flexibility, and a curved form between the joining plane part 21 and a car body is well fittable for surface contact so closely, thus there is no clearance between both. In addition, since there are pectinate core layers 211 and outer facing layers 212 in the joining plane part 21, lateral motion to a clamper is absorbed by the soft material, therefore it is not transmitted to the hard material directly, keeping off any damage to the hard material. Moreover, since both vertical layers of the core layer 211 are also made of soft materials, the slack of the clamper is kept back owing to a spring effect of elastic force.</p> |
