PURPOSE:To enhance sticking aptitude, sensitivity and preservability and to obtain good printing surface gloss by providing a surface gloss layer containing at least one of a hydrophobic high-molecular compound and an alkyl fluoride modified silicone compound as a main component on a thermal color forming layer through an intermediate layer based on a water-soluble high-molecular compound. CONSTITUTION:A thermal color forming layer containing colorless or light- colored electron donating dye and an electron acceptive developer is provided on a support. Further, a surface gloss layer containing a hydrophobic high- molecular compound composed of a saturated polyester resin obtained by the polycondensation reaction of dimethyl terephthalate, isophthalic acid, ethylene glycol, neopentyl glycol and bisphenol A dihydroxyethyl ether and an alkyl fluoride modified silicone compound as main components is provided on the thermal color forming layer through an intermediate layer based on a water-soluble high-molecular compound. |
