MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AGAINST PLASMINOGEN-ACTIVATING FACTOR

摘要

Disclosed are a monoclonal antibody capable of combining specifically with a plasminogen-activating factor produced by fibroblasts derived from human fetal lung tissue, a method for preparing the aforesaid from hybridomas obtained by fusing mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a mouse immunized with the aforesaid plasminogen-activating factor, and a method for purifying the aforesaid plasminogenactivating factor with the aid of the aforesaid monoclonal antibody.
