An aluminized pigment compound is vulcanized to the upper portion wherein the aluminized pigment compound is comprised of a mixture of rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene monomer, styrene-butadiene rubber, an aluminum pigment, and a liquid ethylene-propylene-terpolymer.
