PURPOSE:To make it possible to use it for a space with large capacity, increase the maximum drying weight, and eliminate the limit for drying objective articles, and also realize multi- functions of the equipment by providing a control device which operates a dehumidifying/ drying unit and an air-conditioning unit simultaneously or solely. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface side of a ceiling 3 of a bathroom 1, a built-in type dehymidifying/drying unit 4, which is equipped with heating, ventilating and dehumidifying functions and on which a refrigerating cycle is installed, is provided. Also, on the upper surface side of a ceiling 3a of a dressing room 2, a built-in type air-conditioning unit 8 which is equipped with an instantly heating type heating function and blowing function is provided. To the dehumidifying/drying unit 4, one end of a ventilating unit 10 and one end of a connecting duct 11 are respectively connected. The end of the connecting duct 11 is connected with the air-conditioning unit 8, and operations of the dehumidifying/drying unit 4 and air conditioning-unit 8 are conducted by the operation of a control switch 24 which is provided on an air-conditioning duct 21. By a sole operation of the dehumidifying/drying unit 4, heating, ventilating and dehumidifying of the bathroom 1 is performed, and at the same time, since a system function to operate the dehymidifying/drying unit 4 and air-conditioning unit 8 simultaneously is equipped, dehumidifying operation control and heating operation control for the system can be done. |
