The equipment senses the oil quantity stored in a fuel tank, decides the oil supply time based on the oil quantity supplied to the heater during a fixed time, and stops runniry of the heater if the oil quantity of the oil tank gets less than a set value. The flow quantity sensing equipment comprises a guide hole (102) perforated on the flowmeter (100) plate (101), an indicator needle (103) moving along the guiding hole, a permanent magnet (104) fixed to the needle, a transparent cover (106), a fixed panel inserted into a side of the transparent cover, and a hole sensor positioned at the lower part of the fixed panel and sensing magnetic flux of the permanent magnet.
