<p>PURPOSE:To perform a stable tension control by providing an elastic member for pressing a brake member against a supply reel base to one end of a control member and stabilizing its pressing force between the brake member and the reel base. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a post 9 for giving back tension to a magnetic tape 11, a supply reel 4 and the brake member 1 for braking the reel 4 by wrapping around the reel, and a magnetic record is reproduced under adjustment of the back tension of the tape 11 to prescribed tension. The brake member 1 is pressed against the reel 4 by the elastic members 2 and 3 provided on both ends of brake member 1. By this constitution, a tension change by a revolving speed of the reel 4 and a tension change with time are diminished, and the control under the stable tape tension can be carried out.</p> |
