PURPOSE:To improve heating efficiency and the heat insulating property by sealing a magnetic metal plate or a clad material at the inner layer and a non-magnetic metal plate at the outer layer, at the upper edge of a pan main body, and providing a heat insulating portion which consists of a vacuum layer or an air layer between the inner layer and the outer layer. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating pan for an electromagnetic cooker is composed of a pan main body 1 and a lid 2. The pan main body 1 is composed of an inner layer 1a which consists of a SUS 304 plate, and an outer layer 1b which consists of a SUS 304 plate. The upper edge of the inner layer 1a and the upper edge of the outer layer 1b are sealed up, and a heat insulating layer 3 made into a vacuum is provided between the inner layer 1a and the outer layer 1b. By such a constitution, both the heat efficiency and the heat insulating property are excellent, and the material to cook can be cooked while keeping warmth in a good shape by the heat-insulating cooking effect. |
