PURPOSE:To protect workers from an electric shock by installing a detection bar which operates linked with the opening and shutting of an inspection hole cover and an insertion preventing plate which moves to such a position as to prevent or cancel the movement of a transformer with a truck attached from a disconnection to an operation position according to the movement of the detection bar. CONSTITUTION:A detection bar 3 is always energized upward by a spring 5. An insertion preventing plate 7, which is attached firmly on the lower end of the detection bar 3, is so set in a guide 8 fixed on a switchboard 1 as to be foldable vertically and as not to rotate round a shaft center of the detection bar 3. When an inspection hole cover 6 opens as indicated by a dotted line 6A with a transformer with a truck attached 10 in a disconnection position A, the detection 3 rises by the work of the spring 5 and the insertion preventing plate 7 rises to a position as indicated by a dotted lie 7A. Under such a condition, the transformer 10 with a truck attached cannot more in the direction from a disconnection position A to an operation position B since an axle shaft 9 of a truck 11 of the transformer 10 is brought into contact with the insertion preventing plate 7. |
