PURPOSE:To reduce the absolute amount of a high frequency current to be leaked from a portable telephone set or a cable with plug by detecting the connection of the cable with plug to a connector and lowering the transmission output of the portable telephone set in the case of operating a traveling object rather than the transmission output at the time of a portable operation. CONSTITUTION:When the traveling object is operated and a coaxial cable 10 with plug is connected to a connector 11 for booster connection, a connection detector 23 detects the connection by a sensor 21. Then, a switcher 22 is electrically switched to the connector 11 side and a feeding voltage to a current amplifier 40 is lowered. Thus, energy consumption at the power amplifier 40 is reduced, the energy consumption of a battery 30 can be reduced and the mobile object can be operated for a long time. |
