<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the storing delay of a buffer from being increased by providing a detected resource using state detecting means and a state variable multiplexing means in a reception node and providing a state variable departing means and a cell transmission control means in each transmission node. CONSTITUTION:In a reception node 101, a resource using state detecting means 105 detects the using state of the resource in the reception node itself as a state variable 106. A state variable multiplexing means 107 multiplexes the detected state variable 106 together with a normal outgoing information cell 108 to each outgoing transmission line 104 directed to each transmission node 102. On the other hand, in each transmission node 102, a state variable separating means 109 separates the state variable 106, which is multiplexed to the outgoing transmission line 104, from the reception node 101. Based on the separated state variable 106, a cell transmission control means 110 controls the transmission of the cell to be multiplexed to an incoming line 103 directed to the reception node 101. Thus, the abandonment of the cell and the storing delay of the cell can be prevented form being increased.</p> |
