<p>PURPOSE:To obtain this abnormality detector capable of detection of the loading condition of an attachable/detachable component with one limit switch by using a spring whose one end is fixed and a string body pulled against the spring and an actuating member to actuate the switch. CONSTITUTION:The detector consists of a spring 1 whose one end part is fixed, a string body 3 spread while crossing the mounted part of plural components attachable/detachable in a condition connected to the free end of the spring 1 and pulled against the spring force by the mounting of the respective parts and an actuating member 5 to actuate a limit switch 6 in a condition that all the parts are mounted while interlocking with the spring 1 and the string body 3. In the constitution, the string body 3 is pulled against the spring force and the member 5 interlocking with it actuates the switch 6 in the condition that the whole respective parts are mounted. On the other hand, when even the one part is in a detached condition, the force of the string body 3 pulled against the spring force is weakened and the member 5 does not actuate the switch 6. Consequently, the detection of the abnormality in the loading condition is attained by the one limit switch with the simple constitution.</p> |
