PURPOSE:To attain additional registration of a called subscriber without re-edit of the system by writing an opposite subscriber number to an opposite subscriber number storage section referenced at an incoming call processing via an incoming call setting opposite subscriber number storage section or an incoming call fixed opposite subscriber number storage section commanded by a selection command section. CONSTITUTION:An opposite subscriber number entered from an entry means 20 is written in an incoming call setting opposite subscriber number storage section 24 via a write processing section 21 in an opposite number subscriber setting system setting an opposite subscriber number to a storage means provided to a device applying incoming call processing such as a communication adaptor in a system making communication through the use of the packet exchange service especially in a sales office system for a financial agency. An opposite subscriber number is fixedly stored to an incoming call fixed opposite subscriber number storage section 23. An opposite subscriber number is read by a selection write processing section 25 from an incoming call setting opposite subscriber number storage section 24 or the incoming call fixed opposite subscriber number storage section 23 in response to a command from the selection command section 22 and written into an opposite subscriber number storage section 26.
