PURPOSE:To reduce in size and to enhance a mounting density by winding a capacitor on the outer periphery of an inductor, and connecting one electrode of the capacitor to one terminal of an inductor or a conductor. CONSTITUTION:A ferrite bead 11 is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, and a conductor 12 is arranged through the hollow part 11a. Both ends of the conductor 12 is connected to caplike terminals 13, 14, the terminals 13, 14 cover both ends of the bead 11 to form an inductor 15. An inner electrode 16, a dielectric 17 and an outer electrode 18 are laminated on the outer periphery of the inductor 15, and a capacitor 19 is wound. The electrode 16 of the capacitor 19 is connected to one terminal 13, and the electrode 18 is used as a ground electrode. With this structure, the inductor is integrated with the capacitor, thereby reducing in size an LG composite component.
