PURPOSE:To facilitate modification of characteristics by employing a rewritable memory for storing programs or data in a controller and externally loading programs or data. CONSTITUTION:A RWM 17 is a rewritable memory for storing programs or data in order to enable modification thereof in a device. Furthermore, the RWM 17 is initially stored with basic programs and data including processing programs for externally loading programs or data. A predetermined modification program is transmitted from a ground unit 8 through antennas 6, 7 to a data transmitter 5. A radio or optical space transmitter, e.g. an inductive radio or LCX, can be utilized as the transmission system. |
