摘要 <p>This invention concerns a sound emission signals testing electronic equipment to establish the intensity of sound emission phenomena. The equipment consists of a conditional processing amplifier of sound emission signals generated by piezoelectric transducers, which provide selectable and adjustable amplification of signals with fixed threshold voltage that may be regulated or self-regulated based on the sound level, with circuits that determine the number of events and oscillations, the line signals for the signal envelope and the appropriate voltage for the amplitude of the first oscillation. In addition, the equipment includes a unit that determines the intensity of the sound emission phenomena, which provides the voltage display corresponding to the amplitude of the first oscillation, as well as the number of events, the number of oscillations and the number of impulses based on the area under the sound emission curve on the front screen at occurrence rate or globally. The same values are provided as analogue values on a linear or logarithmic scale. In order to localize the sound emission sources, a unit that determines the propagation time differences, measures the propagation time differences against the moment the impulse reaches the first transducer, which are displayed on the front screen of the equipment or stored in memory which can be sequentially displayed later on the front screen or sent to a computer that determines the position of the sound emission source based upon the known positions of the four transducers.</p>
