PURPOSE:To manufacture inexpensively a bearing which is light in weight and very accurate, by a method wherein molten synthetic resin material whose contraction factor is low and rigidity is high is cast into a molding space of a bearing body and an oleometal is molded integrally with the bearing body. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing of a bearing A, a molding space 3 of a bearing body running along a contour of a bearing body 2 which is to be molded is formed within a divisible resin mold 1. A pin 6 which can be moved backward is projected to a setting position within the space 3 and an annular oleometal 4 is inserted into the pin 6. With this construction, a molten synthetic resin material whose contraction factor is low and rigidity is high is cast into the molding space 3 of the bearing body through a resin casting port 7 and the oleometal 4 is molded integrally with the bearing body 2. Then a molded material is cooled and cured sufficiently within the mold and the bearing A is manufactured by taking out the molded material through the mold. With this construction, a process pressing-in by a jig and the high- precision secondary processing of a prepared hole can be omitted and the bearing which is very accurate and made of synthetic resin can be obtained. |
