<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to apply a static load with a simple constitution even if general-purpose hydraulic power sources are used by controlling flow rates with orifices arranged in flow paths, and intermittently actuating opening and closing solenoid valves with pulses. CONSTITUTION:An orifice 13 and an opening and closing solenoid valve 14 are sequentially arranged in parallel with a check valve 11 at the halfway of a pipe 2. An orifice 15 and an opening and closing solenoid valve 16 are sequentially arranged in parallel with a check valve 12 at the halfway of a pipe 3. The orifices 13 and 15 can be replaced. The widths of the paths of the pipes 2 and 3 are narrowed, and the flow rates per unit time are regulated. Meanwhile, the valves 14 and 16 open and close the paths of the pipes 2 and 3 with opening and closing pulse signals. The flow rates of hydraulic oil flows per unit time which are supplied into hydraulic chambers 6 and 7 of a hydraulic jack 4 are controlled by the opening and closing of the valves 14 and 16 together with the pipe-path regulation with the orifices. Thus, the hydraulic oil which is supplied into the jack 4 is controlled at the small flow rate. Therefore, a static load can be applied on a structure body even if general-purpose hydraulic power sources are used with the simple constitution.</p> |
