Cheese pusher comprising an essentially cylindrical body (3) with a circular cross-section which can be introduced into a tubular piece where it can slide in order to press one or several cheeses. This pusher is made from plastic material and laterally incorporates a collar (5) as well as local deformations forming a handle (9) and situated at locations which do not interfere with the surfaces for sliding of the pusher inside the pressing piece.
