PURPOSE:To enhance strength, and enable plastic deformation to be effected in the case of being applied with any shocks by extruding a part of synthetic resin from the inner part of a hollow core metal through the opened parts of a mesh, a through hole, a slit, and the like, and making reinforcing staple fibers reside in the core material, and further, specifying the content thereof. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing staple fibers of glass, carbon, or the like is mixed into synthetic resin such as polypropylene, nylon, polyester, or the like so that the content thereof becomes 30-50%, and they are injected into the inner part of a hollow core metal 1 from the injection port 11 in order to be injection molded. At the time of the injection molding, the synthetic resin mixed with the reinforcing staple fibers 12 is filled in the hollow part of the core metal 1, however, a part of the injected synthetic resin 13 is extruded around the circumference of the core metal 1 through the opened parts 10 of meshes of the peripheral surface of the core metal 1 by injection pressure. Besides, in this instance, the reinforcing staple fibers pass slightly outwardly through the opened parts 10. After injection molding, the content of the reinforcing staple fibers 12 of glass, carbon, and the like rises to 50-80% which is blended in the synthetic resin 13 within the core metal 1. |
