PURPOSE:To accurately detect the dislocation of mounted components such as electronic components by detecting the dislocation of the mounted components based on an arithmetic processing image. CONSTITUTION:A pair of light sources 3 and 4 is provided diagonally above a cylindrical electronic component (mounted component) 1, which is the detecting subject, on both sides, and an image recognizing camera 5 connected to an image processing device 6 is provided above the electronic component 1. A mounting position detecting device detects the dislocation of the electronic part by moving in parallel by a robbot on a substrate 2. Two images obtained by illuminating in sequence from two opposite directions diagonally above the subject are subtracted so as to obtain an image whose mounted component shadow part is clarified. Then, the boundary line of the shadow is detected, the position of the mounted component is specified and the position is compared with mounted component position data previously input. Thus, the dislocation is smoothly and accurately detected. |
