PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost by electrically connecting a first electrode film and a second electrode film through a conductive member arranged between these electrode films after pressure is applied from the upper section of the second electrode film. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of first electrode films 2a, 2b are divided and disposed on the surface of a substrate 1, the surface of which is insulated and treated, and a beltlike conductive member 3 and an insulating member 4 are formed in parallel on one end along the adjacent space section of these electrode films. A semiconductor film 5 is formed onto approximately the whole surface of the substrate 1, a second electrode film 6 is shaped on the semiconductor film 5, and energy beams are applied from the upper section of the second electrode film 6 at a position, where the insulating member 4 is positioned, thus forming an isolation groove 7. An insulating film 8 is placed, and thermo compression-bonded by a roller from the insulating film 8, and a section where the semiconductor film 5 is faced oppositely to the conductive member 3 is broken and a second electrode film 6a and the first electrode film 2b are connected electrically through the conductive member 3. Accordingly, the usage of laser beams is reduced, thus bringing down manufacturing cost. |
