PURPOSE:To contrive prevention of accident such as disconnection of a handle by enabling a reduction in a number of production processes and simplifying assembly, by a method wherein a preform where a bottle main body forming part and handle part are molded integrally is blow-molded by stretching biaxially. CONSTITUTION:A bottle main body forming part 21 and handle part 12 are positioned respectively to a bottle main body mold part 31 and handle mold part, in a preform 20. In this instance, only a lower swelling part 22 is arranged within the bottle main body mold part 31, the upper part than a joint part of a neck part to the handle part 12 is put out of the bottle main body mold part 31 and put between a lip die 35, in the bottle main body forming part 21. continuously, simultaneously with stretching of the lower swelling part 22 of the bottle main body forming part 21 of the preform 20 softened by heating in an axial direction of the parison by a stretching rod air is blown in and blow molding is performed while biaxial stretching is being performed in a crosswise direction. The swelling part 22 is stuck to the bottle main body mold part 31 by being swollen and a bottle main body 11 is formed.
