PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply a component to a specified position in a definite and stabilized manner by installing a detection head which detects a reference mark for an original position and a detection head which reads a linear scale on a table support base. CONSTITUTION:A reference mark 11a, which indicates an original position, is installed at one end of a component supply table 1. On the other hand, is installed a detection head 12, which detects the reference mark 11a, on a table support base 70. A linear scale 13 is installed at the other end of this component supply base while a detection head 14, which reads out the linear scale 13, is installed on the table support base 70. Therefore, this construction makes it possible to define a specified position of the component supply table 1 as a constant and original position. Furthermore, the linear scale 13 is capable of detecting the thermal expanding state of the component supply table 1 and the like and correcting the drive position of a drive motor based on the aforesaid detection. It is, therefore, possible to supply components to a specified position in a definite and stabilized manner. |
