摘要 PURPOSE:To cool individual elements uniformly and to operate them properly by a method wherein a first ventilation means and a second ventilation means are installed at the upper part and the lower part of an electronic apparatus in such a way that their ventilation directions are opposite and they are changed over in such a way that only one of them is always operated. CONSTITUTION:A first ventilation means and a second ventilation means 2a, 2b are installed at the upper part and the lower part of an electronic apparatus 1 in such a way that their ventilation directions are opposite. They are changed over in such a way that an upper-part temperature and a lower-part temperature inside a shelf 3 are detected or that only one of the first and second ventilation means 2a, 2b is always operated at prescribed-time intervals. Consequently, before a temperature of a group of individual elements 5 arranged on the downstream side of an air current becomes maximum, their ventilation direction is changed over and any element 5 whose temperature has been raised is cooled; the group of the individual elements 5 can uniformly be cooled. Thereby, the individual elements 5 are cooled nearly uniformly and can properly be operated.
