A process for preparing frizzled chicken packed with tray comprises: (a) cutting chicken; (b) seasoning the cut chicken with red pepper powder and pepper powder; (c) roasting the seasoned chicken with salt and butter in the pan; (d) roasting an onion and wheat flour with butter, and mixing with meat stock and kechap to obtain the sauce; (e) adding boiled potato, roasted mushroom, etc. into the obtd. sauce; (f) filling the obtd. chicken, the above sauce, and peas into the container (PP-EVOH-CPP). e.g. tray; (g) replacing the O2 gas of inner space of container with N2 gas or CO2 gas; (h) heat-sealing the container and sterilizing it continuously under 1.1 kg/cm2 for 5 min, 1.3 kg/cm2 for 5 min., and 1.5 kg/cm2 for 20-25 min; (i) cooling it to obtain the final product. |
