摘要 In a planar-construction ink-jet printing head (24) operating on the bubble-jet principle, the heating elements (4), electric leads and contact points as well as the ejection apertures (10) are produced advantageously in the same chip by planar processing steps (back-shooter principle). The heating element (4) and the ejection apertures (10) are in a mutually laterally staggered array so that the expansion direction of the vapour bubble (5) is counter to the ink ejection direction. Since, with such an arrangement, all the fine-processing steps take place advantageously in a planar manner and are combined on one unit, such ink-jet printing heads (24) can be manufactured easily and hence economically.
