PURPOSE:To prevent freezing of an article to be thermally insulated by forcibly introducing chilled gas to a thermal insulation chamber by using a thermal insulation fan to maintain the quality of the article such as fruity in thy chamber and heat insulating in the chamber by a heater even in such season or district where the atmospheric temperature drops below zero degree. CONSTITUTION:If the atmospheric temperature is higher than a set temperature of an atmospheric temperature sensor 19, a cooling mode is set, while it is lower than the set temperature, a heating mode is set. A cold storage agent 6 is completely cooled and solidified in the cold storage operation of the agent 6 of the cooling mode. If it becomes a predetermined temperature lower than a freezing temperature, a cold storage agent temperature sensor 17 is operated to stop the operations of a refrigerator unit 20 and a fan 9. If the atmospheric temperature is lower than the set temperature of the sensor 19, the unit 20 is not operated, a heater 7 is energized to generate hot gas. Thereafter, a heater 8, the fan 9 are controlled by a thermal insulation chamber temperature sensor 18 to maintain a thermal insulation chamber 16 at a constant temperature. |
