<p>A pharmaceutical composition based on slow release granules designed to be orally administered. The composition includes a pharmacologically active substance and a pharmacologically acceptable excipient providing slow, even and stable release of said pharmacologically active substance after administration thereof. The excipient includes at least one mixture of low-viscosity ethylcellulose and high-viscosity ethylcellulose and the active substance is granulated with an alcoholic solution of the low-viscosity ethylcellulose, the weight ratio between the low- and high-viscosity ethylcellulose being from 1:5 to 1:20.</p> |
