The learning aid can be attached to the handle of a tennis or squash racket. The learning aid assists in the execution of one-handed forehand and backhand strokes by means of a fixing element (7) which is attached to the racket handle and this element (7) is attached to the player's free hand by a strap (4). The fixing element (7) consists of a flexible rubber tube which can be slid along the handle of the racket (18). The free end of the strap is attached to a grip (6) which is held in the player's free hand. USE - Tennis and squash.
