<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable confirming function by forming a detecting circuit by the contacting between a supply rod and parts. CONSTITUTION:A nut 1 is supplied while the supply rod 2 is inserted into the screw hole of the nut 1. At this time, the nut 1 is locked temporarily in a temporary fixing chamber 5 at the end part of a parts supply tube 3 while attracted by a magnet 14 fitted in a stop plate 6 which closes the temporary fixing chamber 5. Then when the rod 2 moves forth through the operation of an air cylinder 11, its guide rod 8 penetrates the screw hole of the nut 1 and an extrusion surface 10 contacts its top surface. Then the current from a power source 21 which is fixed to an external cylinder 7 across an insulating material 20 and connected to a slide contact plate 19 contacting the main rod 9 of the rod 2 at all times flows to the stop plate 6 through the nut 1 from the rod 2 and a circuit to an electric wire 22 which is connected thereto is closed. Therefore, it can be decided whether or not the rod 2 and nut 1 are in a normal state from whether or not this circuit is closed.</p> |
