PURPOSE:To always confirm an important incoming call by decoding a call number and caller information from a call number signal and an information signal included in a digital signal and storing the decoded result into a RAM. CONSTITUTION:This receiver is provided with a reception section 101 receiving and demodulating a digital radio signal and generating a base band digital signal, a ROM 6 storing its own call signal, an incoming informing instruction and a designation memory time in advance, a decoder section 102 decoding a call number and caller information from a call number signal and an information signal included in a digital signal, collating the call number with its own call number, sending an incoming notice signal to an informing section 103 when the result of collation shows coincidence and storing the caller information to a RAM 4 in a predetermined condition and the informing section 103 giving a notice with a predetermined means according to the incoming informing signal. Thus, when a weak ringing tone call mode and a unvoiced calling mode are set and no receiver is present in the visual field at all times, the content of the call is confirmed.
