<p>A metal frame essentially composed of identically shaped sections. A metal section is obtained by folding a strip-shaped metal sheet in such a way as to define a first portion (14) having a substantially square or rectangular cross-section and a second portion (16) having an L-shaped cross-section with a gap being formed between one edge (18) of the metal sheet and a fold (19) marking the junction point between said first and second portions. A slit (20) is formed to allow panel-mounting devices to be inserted if desired. Said frame can be used to produce metal cabinets for industrial electrical or electronic equipment.</p> |
