Adjacent units (1, 2) of a housing are hinged together by two connecting pieces (7) between bearing axes (5, 6) fitted into parallel bores (3, 4) with elastic inserts (10, 11). Each bore (3, 4) has an open section (8, 9) of breadth less than the dia. of the axes (5, 6). The flexibility of the bearing in the radial direction about the axis enables the latter to be introduced into the bore (3, 4). Wiring (13) can be run through the joint between helically shaped sections.
