PURPOSE:To prevent a foam from leaking out through the surface of the skin, by setting up the skin and parts on a molding tool under a condition that a soft tape is interposed between a seat part of a connecting member and the skin. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular opening 16 whose form is about the same as a cross section of a leg part 11 of a connecting member 6 is provided on a fitting part of the connecting member 6 of the skin 15 having a solid layer 13 and foamed layer 14 which have been molded from vinyl chloride resin and foamed vinyl chloride resin beforehand, the leg part 11 of the connecting member 6 is inserted into the opening 16, and a seat part 10 of the connecting member 6 is set up on a molding tool 18 under a condition that a soft tape 17 is interposed between the seat part 10 and the surface of the skin. Hard foamed urethane raw materials are cast within the skin 15 of the molding tool 18 on which the skin 15 and connecting member 6 have been set up. Volume of the hard foamed urethane raw materials is increased by foaming within the tool 18 and presses the skin 15 strongly against the molding tool 18, through which urethane foam 19 is prevented from leaking out through the surface of the skin 15. |
