PURPOSE:To enable to culture wasabi (a Wasabia vegetable) in a near field by controlling the temperature of water in a water-receiving tank so that the temperature of the water supplied from the water-receiving tank is always constantly 15-16 deg.C over the low position of the field. CONSTITUTION:Well water obtained from a deep well 1 is stored in a water- receiving tank 2 disposed at a position adjacent to the high portion of an inclined hydroponic field. The temperature of the water in the water-receiving tank 2 is controlled so that the temperature of the water supplied from the water-receiving tank 2 is maintained at 15-16 deg.C over the low portions of the hydroponic field, whereby a near place can be utilized for the large scale cultivation of the wasabi. |
