PURPOSE:To prevent a theft before it occurs by providing a theft monitoring means to detect a theft of an automobile, and notifying that the automobile is being thieved by ringing of a bell and a simple message of a pocket receiver using an automotive telephone. CONSTITUTION:A theft monitoring part 1 is provided for detecting a thieving action such as breaking the lock of a door or trunk of an automobile when it is occurring, buzzing a klaxon, and flashing head lamps to notify the thieving action to those around. When this theft monitoring part 1 detects the thieving action, an automatic transmission circuit 3 of an automotive telephone is also started, so a preset number is transmitted by the transmitter of the automotive telephone 4 to communicate with an automotive wireless type moving station unit and a pocket bell service center through a public network 5. By arrival of the predetermined number, a pocket bell receiver 6 of an applicable number is called from the center, and its bell is let to ring, thereby the fact that the thieving action is being performed is notified. |
