PURPOSE:To enhance rigidity of a fastening seat composed of a hard core layer and a soft surface layer in a mud guard, etc., having openings and the fastening seat provided in different positions by providing the fastening seat in a position on the lower side of a flow of resin between adjacent openings. CONSTITUTION:A car mud guard 1 comprising a main body portion 11 and a lower piece portion 12 provided with a fastening seat 13 having a bolt hole 131 therethrough has two drip openings 14, and in this case the fastening seat 13 is provided in a position on the lower side of a flow of resin between both openings 14. When the mud guard 1 is molded using a molding die 8, a core layer material 30 is made to flow toward a projecting mold face 82 without being split between cores 84, 84, so that the core layer material 30 completely spreads over the surface of the projecting molding face 83. The fastening seat 13 is thus formed by a hard core layer 3 and a soft surface layer 2 surrounding the surface of the layer 3 and the core layer 3 is provided to surround the circumference of the projecting fastening seat 13. |
