PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of a language processor by detecting a decimal form code at translation with the use of a hardware instruction of a computer and storing the detected code in a code table. CONSTITUTION:A decimal form code detecting part 4 stores the positive and negative codes of the decimal pack forms obtained by converting the positive and negative binary form data into the decimal pack form data with the use of a conversion instruction for conversion of a hardware instruction into a decimal pack form from a binary form in a decimal code table 2. Simultaneous ly, the part 4 stores the positive and negative codes of the decimal display forms obtained by converting the obtained positive and negative decimal pack form data into the decimal display forms in the table 2 with a conversion instruc tion for conversion of the hardware instruction into the decimal display form from the decimal pack form. Thus, it is possible to obtain a common source code even when the code values expressing the decimal form codes are different. |
