PURPOSE:To prevent thermal strain of a mold and to smoothen transfer of a movable retainer plate and to mold a form which is free from a burr and good at high velocity by pinching a cooling plate in which a passage of a cooling medium is formed between the retainer plate and a heat insulating plate. CONSTITUTION:Cooling plates 25, 26 constituted of metallic material good in thermal conductivity are pinched between the fixed and movable retainer plates 2, 3 and the heat insulating plates 23, 24. A mold 5 is tightly fixed to the movable retainer plate 3 by a plurality of pieces of bolts 27 by superposing a hot plate 22, the heat insulating plate 24 and the cooling plate 26 in order. A structure for fitting a mold 4 to the fixed retainer plate 2 is same as this. The cooling plates 25, 26 have the same constitution and a plurality of passages 28 for a cooling medium are formed which are vertically perforated and opened. The cooling medium is supplied from the center parts of the cooling plates 25, 26 and discharged from the peripheral part or both end parts. Heat of the mold sides can be prevented by the cooling plates from being conducted to the retainer plate sides. Thermal strain of a molding machine, defect of actuation accompanied therewith and generation of a burr in a molded form can be prevented. Molding velocity can be made high-speed. |
