PURPOSE:To simplify the entire shape of a casing, and to reduce the number of components thereof by arranging gear shafts for each gear change in a case perpendicular to a progressive direction, and by supporting a transmission shaft of a working part on the side position of a gear shaft groups along progressive direction. CONSTITUTION:A mission case 10 is formed out of a pair of right and left primary casing members 61, 60 that are divided on the face along progressive direction, and of a secondary casing member 62 arranged on the side part of the right primary casing member 61, both of which are linked together in an integrated form. An input shaft 54, a side clutch shaft 64, a counter shaft 65, and a pair of rear wheel driving shafts 66 as well as an implanted driving shaft 67 are supported in parallel in the space formed out of a pair of right and left primary casing members 60 and 61, while a front differential device 68 is arranged on the rear part thereof. An implanted transmission shaft 69 as a working part transfer shaft is supporting in the space from out of the secondary casing member 62, along progressive direction.
