PURPOSE:To prevent secret lock from being unlocked unless an IC card for individual is acquired by displaying a file whose disclosure is permitted to an individual by setting the IC card for individual on the reader/writer of a terminal machine. CONSTITUTION:When a user sets the IC card for individual on the card reading part of the terminal machine, a disclosure rank code is read from the IC card, and is stored in memory. Furthermore, at the terminal machine, the secret rank and the disclosure rank code of the file to be used are compared with each other, and the file with rank lower than a disclosure rank is displayed, however, the one with the rank higher than the disclosure rank is kept secret. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the secret lock from being unlocked only by performing the key operation of the terminal machine. |
