PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of an impedance element for reducing cost by connecting an impedance element between power supply and a primary side of a stepdown transformer, and connecting a light-radiating electronic tube to the transformer secondary side. CONSTITUTION:Power supply AC is connected to a primary side of a stepdown transformer Tr through an impedance element Z and a light-radiating electronic tube la is connected to a secondary side of the transformer Tr. Accordingly, since the transformer Tr shares in a voltage drop in an impedance element Z so as to reduce it, and a value of the impedance element Z can be reduce by that amount. Further, its dielectric strength also can be used in the safe side and by further improving a power-factor observed from the power supply side, capacity is decreased. Accordingly, a small-sized and inexpensive impedance element can be used. |
